About Xana
Xana is a passionate and versatile Composer, Singer/Songwriter and Music Educator based in Brisbane, Qld. (BA Music; GDip Music Technology) Xana's performance credits have included appearances at The Queensland Music Festival, several notable Australian live music venues and collaborations with Composer Robert Davidson (Topology). Her original music has also been featured on SBS and Triple J. 

Xana's music spans hybrid composition (Music combining both electronic and acoustic elements) as well as songwriting crossing folk, rock and jazz idioms. She has created songs and compositions for commercial release as well as composed scores for independent theatre productions and short films internationally (The Polish Institute, New York, Melbourne and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals).

Xana's tertiary music education has crossed conventional western music studies, music production and sound engineering and jazz. She 
is currently working towards an MA Music Studies (Composition) at the Qld Conservatorium of Music.
